Handle generic nodes with no lat/long #104

You can have a stop in stops.txt that has no lat/long, but it has to be a generic node. Apparently it's optional for boarding areas, too... I'm not really sure the use case for this.

Regardless, they should likely be nested under the parent station and not shown on the map. This should be coordinated with #96
