Use the amazing work done here: https://suddenlygreg.com/blog/2023-11-02-amtrak-api/

And stream it to the mqtt server so it becomes a rt feed. This requires the static Amtrak gtfs.

There's also this, if I want to write it in rust lol: https://crates.io/crates/amtrak-gtfs-rt

This seems to be the official static feed: https://content.amtrak.com/content/gtfs/GTFS.zip
